Stress causes physical and emotional problems when at least one of three things is operating:
- the person does not know any stress reduction techniques,
- other activities take priority so that the person has not made time to practice the techniques that she or he does know,
- at some deep level, the individual does not believe he/she is worthy of taking the time to practice stress reduction or to have a less stressful life
Our coaching is designed to decide which of these three conditions is strongest, and to work to correct it. Together we will explore what areas of life are causing you the most stress, develop ways to cope with what is necessary and to eliminate or reduce what can be let go, and help you to make changes to create a life that suits you.
Most of our coaching takes place over the telephone, although our offices in Niwot, Colorado, are also available. When you sign up for 10 sessions, you will receive two free ones. Prices include one half-hour-long weekly session, along with emails and phone calls during the week.
